Free VoIP?

Does free VoIP exist? I came across something called Icall, which claims to have free calls to land lines within the US and Canada. Has anyone used it before?

I used it and it is true, but the calls can only be 5 minutes long. Of course you can hang up and call back, but the other thing is that the quality of the voice of the person on the computer is not so good. Just my two-sense.
